Myself and three other adults, ranging in age from 19 to 55, visited The Story Garden without realizing it was designed as a children's park. Even so, we decided to stay and explore. What a pleasant surprise! The displays were beautifully done and brought back so many memories of the books we loved as children. Walking through the garden became a nostalgic experience, and it sparked conversations about our favorite childhood stories. What we expected to be a quick stop turned into an unexpected, sweet moment shared with my adult children. While it's definitely designed with young children in mind, it also has a special charm that reminds adults of the magic of reading and the memories those stories create.

This place is free and open to the public, its absolutely beautiful and so enjoyable for little kids! I will say it is surrounded by parking lots and kind of hilly so if you have younger kids you have to be very careful. But overall it was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained! My kids could have spent all day here!

The theming here was fantastic! Each area had a little house or play structure or decorative element along with book in a mailbox that relates to the surrounding area. You can really tell how much care went into every square foot of this place. I suggest sitting in the hanging chair and drinking a Dunkin iced pumpkin coffee as I did. Highly recommended. Oh, also, I'm sure my kid must've had fun. Just kidding, he definitely had fun.

Artistically designed garden, filled with surprises for kids, and a variety of colorful flowers. Features a phone booth, a real police car, a bear house, and lot more. Kids will not be disappointed if you take them there.
